Delivery and Returns
We like to keep things simple at Invision and our Delivery & Returns policies are no different. For any order(s) placed before 1PM on a Working Day we ensure same day dispatch using one of our preferred methods, which is usually DPD or Yodel. Our FREE Standard delivery is a 24-48 hour tracked service.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item from us, we will make sure that the problem is solved for you as quickly as possible. To secure a refund, the item(s) should be returned to us in the condition they were received, in the original packaging, within 30 days.
We can only accept the return of used items if they are faulty or deemed to be defective. The cost of returning goods should be paid by the recipient.
If a component is damaged or missing, we will often only require the damaged component to be returned to us (rather than the entire unit). Please speak to a member of our customer service to confirm what we require to remedy a problem.
